Overview
The question primer introduces basic tasks that engage with a key question form, in this case ‘How?’ They are useful as a warm-up or stop-gap. They also link to the CSI framework theme.
The task involves answering ‘how’ questions using the STAR structure.
Interesting Question I have not been asked:
How many Finnish regulatory authorities or Oversight Audit/Management members in private/public organisations have you complained to concerning some form of corruption or failure in processes?
Multiple. Empowerment and consensus management are wonderful theoretical concepts. This is often what managers espouse, but in reality, they do not want to be questioned. Or if they ask for feedback they want it to conform to their worldview. Many employees resort to hunkering down, and keeping quiet, so through silence they become a good team member. Consequently, the problems continue, those in power stay in power and entropy sets in. Several colleagues were sacked some years ago because they were asking difficult questions. They were successful in the subsequent court actions...
