Identifying the conflict problem is crucial to the analysis and any resolution strategies. Identify the wrong conflict problem and this undermines the analysis and nullifies any resolution.
Using the case of the Jokela school shooting a basic framework is presented to get a preliminary insight that could be used as a precursor before going deeper into theoretical and methodological ramifications.
