Overview
The purpose of the unit is to highlight the key components of the communication flow and give an insight into some of the key barriers that might be encountered. This unit could be fused with Unit B1 and related to the breakdown in communication in the first encounter scenario. It can also be synthesised with Unit C2 dealing with Nokia and gives an insight into the communication strategy failure of that company.
B.2. Reading (Look at this before doing the tasks). The Tasks and Answer Key/Pointers/Sources are in Theme H in the drop-down menu at the top of this page.
