The reading is an article in which the writer identifies problems with service provision when it comes to pension advice in the University and how this has brought him into conflict with the University administration.

The key question is why is such a key group being replaced by cheaper, non-unionised, often foreign imported labour? Shortages would not exist if decision makers realised that there is the under utilisation of the older workforce.
